Route planner — the Tel Aviv light rail
Plan your Red Line trip in seconds — choose an origin and destination station to find the journey time, number of stations, fare and estimated arrival time.
The calculator computes the fastest route across the Red Line and 34 of its stations, based on estimated travel times between stations. Currently only the Red Line is operational; as the additional lines open, the calculator will be extended to them as well. Service-hours checks are made according to Israel time and take the Shabbat break into account.
Plan a Red Line journey
During peak hours trains run every 3–5 minutes, and at other times of day every 6–10 minutes. The Red Line operates Sunday–Thursday from 05:00 until midnight, and on Friday until about two hours before the start of Shabbat. The train does not run on Shabbat — from the start of Shabbat until its end. A flat fare of ₪8 covers the entire Red Line and allows free transfers within 90 minutes.
