Who we are

This privacy policy applies to telavivmetro.org, an independent information site dedicated to the Tel Aviv light rail, which is not an official body. To contact us: [email protected].

The data we collect

We collect the minimum personal information needed to operate the site:

• Messages from the contact form — name, email, message content. Used solely to reply to your enquiry and not added to any mailing list.
• Server logs — your IP address, browser type, the page viewed and the timestamp. Kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
• Statistics (aggregated) — anonymous, aggregated traffic data. No individual tracking and no advertising profile.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it and restrict its processing, as well as to lodge a complaint with the competent authority. Data retention

Messages from the contact form are kept for up to 12 months, unless their deletion is requested earlier. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
